Field Sales Manager | Ankara

Develop and convert new business opportunities in Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Project Cargo, while managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth. Conduct field visits in Ankara to build long-term partnerships, build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, and achieve revenue and gross profit targets. Prepare and follow up customer quotations and proposals, keep CRM data accurate, monitor market and competitor activity, and coordinate with Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver competitive logistics solutions.
