Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize plant performance by evaluating process efficiencies, running time and capacity studies, and improving labor and equipment utilization.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives using A3 problem-solving, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and lean transformation principles to reduce waste and costs.
  • •Mentor plant personnel and facilitate training workshops that drive operational and cultural improvements.
  • •Assist with technology and equipment evaluations/implementations and support process documentation, data analysis, and performance tracking using SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • •Develop and maintain SOPs, standardize work and visual management systems, conduct root-cause investigations, and provide compliance reporting updates to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and 2+ years of relevant manufacturing or industrial engineering experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and A3 problem-solving.
  • •Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Ability to work independently or in team settings with a high level of accountability.
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
