Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent and personalized VIP guest service to ensure an unforgettable experience
  • •Recognize Live Nation Executives and VIPs and deliver proper recognition of patronage
  • •Serve as a resource for guests regarding their experience in both lounges and music areas
  • •Assist guests with timing of supporting acts and headliner acts, and coordinate with manager/bar staff/server on guest arrivals
  • •Maintain lounge ambience through constant observation and professional guest-facing communication, anticipating needs and diffusing tense situations

Key Requirements
