Key Responsibilities

•Provide personalized guest service for VIPs and lounge visitors to ensure an unforgettable experience.
•Give proper recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIPs for appreciation of their patronage.
•Serve as an information resource to guests about their experience in lounges and music areas.
•Assist guests with the timing of supporting acts and headliner acts.
•Coordinate with the manager, bar staff, and server regarding guest arrivals and maintain lounge ambiance.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations.
•Problem-solving capability with strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•Skill in diplomacy to handle multiple tasks and diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact.
•Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
