Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary on-site point of contact and bridge between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
  • •Review site data, ROM budget assumptions, and sub-consultant proposals while supporting pre-project planning and topline schedules.
  • •Provide regular hands-on site presence, including weekly site walks to document progress and verify it against schedules.
  • •Proactively identify schedule risks/variances and maintain an active punch list of unresolved issues.
  • •Coordinate vendor access/logistics and manage relationships with inspectors and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to hit milestones and inspections on time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,300 weekly

Key Requirements

  • •Direct experience supporting commercial construction projects.
  • •Comfort reading construction drawings and schedules.
  • •Familiarity with permitting and inspection processes, including local/regional differences.
  • •Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Smartsheet.
  • •Strong communication skills with contractors, designers, and executive stakeholders.
