Job Summary

Lead and enhance the Environmental Management System (EMS) at corporate level, ensuring successful renewal of ISO 14001 certification. Drive eco-design strategy and support sustainability initiatives, including environmental analyses, impact/risk prevention, performance reporting, audits, and management reviews. Create communication and awareness materials, maintain environmental documentation, and coordinate the environmental network in partnership with Quality and Health & Safety teams, integrating eco-design and LCA into product development standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and continuously enhance the Environmental Management System (EMS) across corporate level and business processes, deploying the environmental roadmap.
•Conduct environmental analyses, manage environmental impacts, and support risk prevention.
•Carry out monthly/quarterly/annual reporting of environmental performance and facilitate environmental management reviews.
•Lead internal and external audit programs in collaboration with the Quality department and ensure follow-up/closure of findings.
•Define and drive the eco-design strategy and deploy processes/tools/methodologies to integrate eco-design and LCA into product development standards.

Key Requirements

•5 to 7 years of experience in a similar Environment management system role in an industrial environment, ideally in a matrix organization.
•5 years of experience with an eco-design approach.
•Strong expertise in environmental regulation, environmental management system, and ISO 14001 in the aerospace industry.
•Proven experience in eco-design and LCA (life cycle assessment).
•Proficiency in MS Office; skills in CSR and ISO 9001/EN 9100 are welcome.
