Job Summary

Scale TikTok Shop’s enterprise partner book and drive topline revenue growth for the US commerce business. Identify and prioritize high-potential sellers end to end, build and continually advance a qualified prospect pipeline, and create compelling pitch materials rooted in category expertise. Partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate onboarding and integration, and use reporting and analysis to optimize seller acquisition and performance against OKRs.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with category leadership to identify and prioritize high-potential sellers for TikTok Shop and lead the end-to-end business development process.
•Generate and continually advance a pipeline of qualified prospects based on opportunity size, readiness, and ability to execute content commerce and deliver BD goals.
•Understand the TikTok category space and develop effective pitch materials and processes for the right outcomes with brands.
•Work with cross-functional teams to help brands navigate onboarding and integration, optimizing the process to keep BD pipeline momentum.
•Develop reporting, analysis, and measurement to monitor and optimize seller onboarding, and coordinate resources to drive seller acquisition results.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in business development, vendor acquisition, or sales for a retailer, marketplace, or ecommerce platform.
•Experience working with consumable brands and sellers, or equivalent experience.
•Ability to influence executive leadership in B2B settings and negotiate effective BD outcomes.
•Experience managing a scalable process to meet monthly and quarterly OKRs, with strong analytical problem-solving to support growth.
•Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
