Oversees and performs mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on production facility equipment during the A shift (6:00am–6:00pm). Troubleshoots DC equipment and controls, electrical three-phase systems, and performs equipment installation, welding, changeovers, and part/stockroom inventory management. Maintains work records, follows OSHA and company safety guidelines, and ensures production equipment issues are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and perform mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on production equipment per work orders and maintenance manager instructions.
•Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to DC equipment and controls.
•Understand and troubleshoot electrical three-phase systems.
•Perform equipment installation and welding, and conduct equipment changeovers.
•Record work performed, identify needed parts, maintain stockroom inventory, and follow OSHA and company safety guidelines.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED plus 3 years industrial maintenance experience.
•1–3 years PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen Bradley preferred).
•1–3 years experience with electrical systems such as three-phase; maintenance troubleshooting experience.
•3 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
•1–2 years experience with pneumatics; knowledge of fabricating, pneumatics, welding, and rigging; ability to troubleshoot and use machine shop skills.
