Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations as a Commis I by assisting with food preparation and executing basic cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensure proper stock rotation and inventory checks, and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination. Prepare ingredients and equipment for service, assist with plating and garnishing, monitor cooking processes for consistency, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver timely, high-quality orders.
