Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program execution including cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle for airborne electrical products.
  • •Enhance electrical engineering skills through testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
  • •Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to achieve concurrence and resolve production, testing, and integration issues.
  • •Provide technical oversight and direction, including cost estimation, tracking and reporting, and preparation of detailed technical team reports and proposal support.
  • •Support development and sustainment activities for production airborne electrical products.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years’ prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
  • •Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.
  • •Experience with leading technical projects, failure investigations, or issue resolution efforts.
  • •Prior hands-on troubleshooting experience is preferred.
