Ensure pricing decisions are supported by high-quality data and perform controls for sales pricing, invoicing accuracy, and standard cost variance review.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and control pricing proposals for new business and pricing adjustments for existing SKUs aligned with contract and strategic goals.
•Own pricing proposals, growth CAPEX projects, and regular pricing updates, maintaining a pricing template and history database.
•Lead forecasting, annual budget preparation, and monthly outlooks/financial analyses to support decision-making and resource management.
•Conduct cost accounting and reporting, including costing variances, inventory balance reconciliation, and standard cost variances.
•Review and test sales prices and invoicing, analyze profitability by unit and customer, and support cost analysis for leakages and cost-saving initiatives.

Key Requirements

•B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
•Advanced degree preferred.
•CMA or CPA preferred.
•Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and corporate financial policies.
•At least 6 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 3-4 years of relevant manufacturing accounting experience.
