Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and send processed claims reports to payers within agreed turnaround times.
  • •Process provider payments and Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) accurately and on schedule.
  • •Record, reconcile, and maintain supporting documentation for financial transactions.
  • •Monitor transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  • •Support monthly account reconciliations and journal entry postings, including investigating and resolving discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, claims payments, or transaction processing.
  • •Experience in a TPA, insurance environment, healthcare provider, hospital, medical center, or BPO operation is highly valued.
  • •Good understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with attention to detail for high transaction volumes.
