Group Lead, GBS - FP&A Global Excellence

Lead global FP&A process excellence within the GBS Finance organization, partnering with the FP&A Global Process Lead to define and execute the FP&A strategy. Drive standardization and harmonization across budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while supporting governance, policy design, and continuous improvement initiatives. Own or co-own FP&A tools, optimize planning and reporting systems, and collaborate with IT and vendors to automate processes and enable GBS expansion.
