Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the FP&A Global Process Lead to develop and execute the FP&A strategy within GBS.
  • •Design, lead, and implement standard global FP&A processes, templates, and best practices across business units and regions.
  • •Drive harmonization for budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis.
  • •Define and implement global FP&A policies and establish controls and governance to monitor adherence.
  • •Act as a functional owner/co-owner of FP&A tools and champion automation and digital solutions to reduce manual workload.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Controllership, Process Excellence, or a related finance area.
  • •Experience managing FP&A processes and service delivery in a GBS or shared services environment.
  • •Strong background leading global process design initiatives in a multinational food or consumer goods company.
  • •Proficiency with Excel and FP&A systems and ERPs (e.g., OneStream, Board, Anaplan, SAP, Oracle), plus analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
