Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the end-to-end product roadmap for the deskless worker interface in the Salesforce WFM ecosystem, including autonomous shift bidding, shift trading, open-shift routing, and mobile time capture.
•Align with the Frontline Workforce Management product leader on strategy and execution to ensure the worker interface inherits backend scheduling guardrails, labor compliance rules, and operational data.
•Embed an AI Shift Agent into the mobile-first app so workers can resolve scheduling conflicts, execute trades, and optimize hours via natural language.
•Lead collaboration with engineering to deliver an integrated, offline-capable, frictionless shift lifecycle that replaces fragmented legacy tools.
•Spend time in the field with shift-based workers to understand their environment and turn frontline empathy into product decisions that combat burnout.

Key Requirements

•5–8+ years of product management experience shipping consumer mobile applications, enterprise collaboration tools, enterprise platform integrations, or conversational UI/UX.
•Deep familiarity with shift-based work dynamics (bidding, trading, compliance, and time-tracking) in Field Service/WFM, retail, logistics, or gig-economy software.
•Proven ability to influence and align multiple product domains and platform business units without direct reporting authority.
•Demonstrated product judgment balancing complex labor rules and enterprise compliance with a simple, intuitive worker interface.
•Strong technical literacy around application integration, including APIs, webhook architectures, real-time sync, and conversational platform constraints.
