Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the portfolio expert for Philips Acute Care informatics solutions and communicate its clinical value proposition to customers and channel partners.
  • •Understand and address competitive positioning and marketing strategy, set local zone strategy to target new customers and support tender strategy and quotation processes.
  • •Identify opportunities by analyzing leads from third-party vendors, trade shows, local conferences, and other industry events.
  • •Prepare and deliver accurate monthly business forecasting via lead and opportunity management.
  • •Partner with internal Philips stakeholders on co-selling opportunities to bring the full value of the portfolio to broader enterprise customers.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent.
  • •3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's OR 1+ year with a Master's in areas such as Business Development, Clinical Sales, Service or equivalent.
  • •Experience in healthcare IT sales and/or business development.
  • •Experience in configuring and selling software solutions to hospitals and 3rd party channel partners (spanning care pathways) and familiarity with Salesforce.
  • •Fluent in English and Polish and/or Romanian; willingness to travel up to 60% of time
