Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next within the inspection centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can see them in Carvana’s spinners.
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections or defects.
  • •Work mandatory overtime based on business needs when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes in heat/cold conditions.
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
