Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Operations Manager to drive vertical startup of production equipment and facilities.
  • •Partner with engineering, EPCM, and suppliers on FAT, installation, dry commissioning, and qualification from a production perspective.
  • •Lead production staff to achieve process learning curves focused on efficiency improvement and successful handover to normal commercial production.
  • •Manage mixing and packing normal production across full product categories, including controlling material usage, waste, and scrap within targets.
  • •Deliver production training, establish production SOPs, maintain daily KPI scorecards and weekly KPI reporting, and conduct monthly performance reviews while deploying WCM for operation excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of production management experience, including 2+ years managing a team of 20+ people with demonstrated results.
  • •Broad experience managing manufacturing operations in a relevant industry, ideally FMCG.
  • •Experience in a relevant technical discipline (Engineering/Scientific) and operational experience across two different areas as an Area Team Leader.
  • •Develop and understand functions and their relationship with Supply; communicate effectively in a matrix organization.
  • •Degree-calibre university education, plus familiarity with TPM/AM/PM or SAP (plus) and strong understanding of quality standards and EHS/regulatory compliance.
