Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee feasibility studies, procurement reports, and cost-related decision making on infrastructure projects
  • •Review construction plans, prepare quantity take-offs, and manage contract preparation and procurement processes
  • •Develop and review detailed estimates and cost plans, presenting final cost plans to clients
  • •Lead cost planning activities, including value management and lifecycle costing, and drive cost insights for business decisions
  • •Manage post-contract cost variances, change control, and preparation of monthly cost reports for clients

Key Requirements

  • •8-12 years of professional experience related to Cost Management
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • •RICS or AACE certifications/memberships
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish
  • •Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
