Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate root causes of inventory accuracy issues and escalate process/system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales-floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion visual merchandising and sales-floor standards; support daily replenishment and floor set updates.
  • •Move through the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while supporting safe, efficient operations.
