Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the payments capability roadmap across Australia and New Zealand aligned to customer needs, business priorities, and enterprise strategy.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of payment initiatives from discovery and business case/requirements through testing, governance, implementation, and post-launch optimization.
  • •Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Servicing, and external partners to deliver secure, compliant, customer-focused payment capabilities.
  • •Represent local market, customer, and regulatory requirements within global product roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • •Monitor product performance, customer feedback, operational issues, and market developments; develop recommendations for innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Product management experience within payments, banking, fintech, financial services, or digital products.
  • •Strong understanding of payment products, customer journeys, and the Australian payments ecosystem; NPP, PayID, or PayTo knowledge is advantageous.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities through delivery.
  • •Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication with influencing and stakeholder management across local and global teams.
