Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain executable shutdown schedules using work management data, resource availability, and asset maintenance strategies.
  • •Review labour, equipment, and material availability to optimise shutdown schedules and minimise execution risk.
  • •Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, warehouse teams, and execution leaders to align resources and critical-path activities.
  • •Monitor schedule loading, utilisation, and progress, identify constraints, and implement schedule improvements.
  • •Reschedule deferred work, manage schedule loss events, update business systems, communicate impacts, and support contractor close-out administration.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning or scheduling within mining, utilities, manufacturing, or another heavy industrial environment.
