Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the test team of technicians performing electronic assemblies testing on board military vehicles, including HR follow-up.
  • •Plan and schedule test activities by vehicle priorities; size resources and track progress, productivity, and test efficiency.
  • •Handle day-to-day people management (absences, leave, discipline, performance) and develop skills, onboarding, and team versatility.
  • •Ensure application of test procedures, protocols, and test means, and uphold Quality, HSE, and 5S standards; supervise functional tests and coordinate diagnostics and corrective actions.
  • •Escalate technical issues, collaborate with cross-functional Engineering and Industrialization, coordinate with Production/Quality/Methods/Logistics, and run SQCDPi routines with continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduat/Bachelier/A1 in applied electronics or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • •Experience managing a team of 5 technicians.
  • •Fluent French (C1); Dutch is an asset; technical English knowledge is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of common electronic lab equipment (Analyser, Spectrum, Nap).
  • •Experience running test procedures with varying difficulty levels; use of an ERP.
