Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage engineering projects from intake through delivery, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication
  • •Maintain accurate weekly project state in Airtable (projects, deliverables, workstreams, tasks, RAID log)
  • •Coordinate with Product Managers to align workstreams to roadmap priorities
  • •Facilitate sprint planning, status meetings, and retrospectives with engineering teams
  • •Adopt and apply AI tools and no-code/low-code automation to reduce manual overhead and support rollout/training of new AI workflows

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of project management experience in a software development environment with geographically distributed teams
  • •3+ years of hands-on Agile/Scrum experience running sprints
  • •Strong understanding of the full SDLC and how PM processes map to engineering execution
  • •Experience with project tracking tools, specifically YouTrack and/or JIRA; Airtable strongly preferred
  • •Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or similar) and experience managing multiple concurrent projects/workstreams
