Drive personal sales and productivity goals while delivering Coach-brand service that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, modeling sales behaviors from company training across omni-channel and virtual selling. Maintain strong energy, anticipate customer needs, and support store goals through teamwork, customer data acquisition, and social selling initiatives including live stream shopping and short-video creation.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet personal sales and productivity goals and contribute to store performance.
•Act as a brand ambassador and deliver service aligned with Coach Experience standards.
•Model sales behaviors from company training, including omni-channel sales and virtual selling services.
•Work with multiple customers simultaneously and consistently anticipate and meet their needs.
•Support team culture, champion company initiatives, and drive customer data acquisition through brand marketing and clienteling communications.

Key Requirements

•Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable (education and experience may be considered).
•Strong knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
•Experience with POS operations and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets and walkie-talkie use.
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements.
•Strong English proficiency and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
