QA/Process Specialist - Medical Coding

Own day-to-day production and quality for a team of medical coders, using performance metrics to drive and maintain coding accuracy. Review production and QA reporting, escalate roadblocks, and provide feedback to improve results. Coach and mentor coders through training, team meetings, and performance evaluations, while monitoring attendance and morale. Apply deep expertise in coding guidelines, documentation/billing regulations, and reimbursement systems to support continuous improvement and revenue integrity.
