Job Summary

Own end-to-end recruiting for design and creative roles across Coach, Kate Spade, and Tapestry. Use a fashion/design point of view, proactive sourcing, portfolio review, and data-informed pipelining to identify emerging talent. Partner with design leaders and schools to expand access to underrepresented creators. Support employer branding through content, storytelling, and design-community engagement while using ATS, sourcing tools, and advanced Excel to drive strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively source and engage talent for design and creative roles across Coach, Kate Spade, and Tapestry, flexing to additional departments as needed.
•Review design portfolios and partner with design leaders to assess brand fit, creative strength, and readiness.
•Identify non-traditional fashion and design schools and build early-career outreach strategies.
•Analyze applicant and pipeline data (schools, majors, sourcing channels, conversion trends) to inform recruiting strategy.
•Support employer branding by partnering on content, storytelling, and social platforms showcasing design culture and community.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably recruiting in fashion, design, or creative disciplines.
•Demonstrated experience reviewing creative portfolios and assessing design talent.
•Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates and build long-term pipelines.
•Experience partnering with schools, institutions, and/or external organizations to support early career or emerging talent.
•Strong understanding of ATS and sourcing tools; advanced Excel (data analysis and pivot tables) and Canva proficiency preferred.
