Investigate, negotiate, evaluate, and appraise complex vehicle damage claims for repairable and total-loss scenarios while ensuring estimate accuracy and compliance with state laws and regulations. Use digital tools and estimating platforms to assess losses, review documentation, and communicate with insureds, internal adjusters, and vendors. Serve as a subject-matter expert for escalated/disputed claims and support catastrophe response as needed within the Baltimore and Montgomery County area.
