Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver guided watersports activities according to approved operating procedures and RSSE service standards.
  • •Conduct guest safety briefings, equipment demonstrations, and operational instructions before each activity.
  • •Supervise guests during activities, assessing sea state, tides, weather, and risks before and during operations.
  • •Inspect, prepare, clean, maintain, and store watersports equipment; complete inspections logs and operational records.
  • •Follow SOPs, RAMS, ERPs, and safety procedures; respond to emergencies and report incidents, hazards, near misses, and defects.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in sports, physical education, outdoor recreation, tourism, hospitality, or related field is preferred.
  • •2–3 years’ experience delivering watersports activities in hospitality, tourism, resorts, or adventure recreation.
  • •Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from an internationally recognized provider.
  • •NGB or internationally recognized instructor certification in one or more watersports disciplines.
  • •Lifeguard qualification is desirable; rescue craft or powered vessel experience is advantageous.
