Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead finance across Sweden and provide oversight of Norway, ensuring governance and commercial discipline.
  • •Act as trusted finance partner to market leadership, providing insight, challenge, and counsel to support decisions.
  • •Own budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes aligned to local priorities, regional expectations, and group reporting.
  • •Provide accurate, timely financial reporting (revenue, profitability, margins, cost management, cash flow, and working capital) and translate data into commercial insight.
  • •Oversee close processes and ensure integrity of records, controls, and compliance; lead audit, tax, statutory reporting, and advisor relationships while driving finance process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in senior finance, financial control, FP&A, or commercial finance roles in professional services, communications, consulting, agency, or matrixed international environments.
  • •Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and performance management experience.
  • •Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to improve financial performance, commercial discipline, and operational decision-making.
  • •Good understanding of accounting, controls, audit, tax, and compliance requirements across Sweden; exposure to Norway or wider Nordic markets is advantageous.
  • •Fluent English is essential; Swedish is highly desirable and Norwegian experience would be advantageous.
