Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, stock, and package inbound and returned merchandise
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock organization
  • •Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts; ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • •Cross-train in at least one additional function; support team through communication and collaboration; assist with special projects or leadership tasks as experience allows
  • •For Tier II, serve as a go-to resource, coach newer teammates, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and safety

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in a distribution center; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • •High school diploma or GED
  • •Experience using pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment; ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for 90% of the shift
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; excellent organizational skills
  • •Basic proficiency with computers and warehouse systems
