Key Responsibilities

  • •Categorize, track, and label configuration items (CIs) including servers, software, documents, and infrastructure.
  • •Oversee configuration management databases, manage hardware/software baselines, and coordinate change controls to prevent disruptions.
  • •Support Change, Incident, and Problem Management by ensuring configuration information is accurate and trusted.
  • •Document and report historical and current states of configuration items for full traceability.
  • •Conduct regular audits to verify actual configurations match authorized, recorded states and ensure compliance/governance.
