Job Summary

Join the LIVE Operations team to support short-term projects across live streaming strategy, performance monitoring, and creator/campaign operations. Help analyze operational results, provide guidance to creators to grow audiences and revenue, coordinate with live agencies, and plan events that increase content diversity and overall revenue. You’ll also translate creator/user behavior insights into suggestions that improve user experience while collaborating with cross-team partners in APAC and China.

•Assist in development and execution of live streaming strategies and monitor/analyze operations performance to provide actionable improvement insights.

•Plan and execute events to enhance content diversity and overall revenue.
•Understand creator and user psychology/behavior in local markets; provide constructive suggestions to improve user experience and resolve issues.

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline.
•Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
