Key Responsibilities

•Provide embedded technical advisory to guide customers’ technical maturity and transformation from RPA/BPA to agentic automation.
•Drive platform adoption and usage by partnering with Customer Success and Sales to turn utilization trends into engagement and expansion plans.
•Plan and troubleshoot UiPath platform infrastructure, installation and upgrades, including agent orchestration and AI-enabled automation components.
•Advise customers on applying AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and intelligent decisioning to retail, travel, supply chain, and manufacturing use cases.
•Conduct design/code reviews and technical health checks, and collaborate with Product Support to manage escalated incidents to closure.

Key Requirements

•3+ years professional experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Technical Support.
•Background in programming, preferably .NET, including C#, C++, VB, Java, Python, or PowerShell.
•Hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, or GenAI application frameworks.
•Understanding of AI infrastructure considerations including model hosting, latency, governance, security, and cost management.
•English fluency and strong communication skills to explain agentic AI/automation concepts to technical and business audiences.
