Job Summary

Lead a Commercial Solutions Engineering team for DX, driving growth of the DX product in mid-market and commercial segments. Scale pre-sales technical strategy, coach Solutions Engineers through high-velocity sales cycles, and oversee Proof-of-Concepts. Standardize POC playbooks and workflows to improve efficiency and win rates, manage SE resource allocation, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to prioritize roadmap items based on customer feedback.

•Recruit, onboard, and mentor Solutions Engineers; foster technical excellence and continuous learning.
•Serve as a player-coach on high-stakes opportunities, partnering with Account Executives and Sales Leadership on deal strategy and POCs.
•Standardize and scale POC playbooks, custom demo environments, and pre-sales workflows to shorten sales cycles and increase win rates.
•Manage deployment of SEs across a high-velocity pipeline, balancing workloads and aligning technical expertise to deal requirements.
•Act as voice of the customer in leadership meetings and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to prioritize roadmap items based on market trends and technical friction.

•Experience building or refining scalable pre-sales processes for speed and repeatability (e.g., rapid POC scoping and standardized discovery templates).
•Deep understanding of SDLC, DORA metrics, and the SPACE framework; able to communicate peer-to-peer with engineering leadership.
•Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and Git workflows; able to review solution designs and POC strategies, manage objections, and navigate security/architecture reviews.
