Key Responsibilities

  • •Source, track, and maintain a high-volume candidate pipeline while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • •Partner with operators to understand the product, technical roadmap, and manufacturing reality (e.g., takt times, throughput, yield) to pitch opportunities credibly.
  • •Translate missing roles into impacts on throughput and revenue to drive urgency and prioritization with hiring managers.
  • •Build trust with operations and program leaders through consistent delivery and an operating rhythm while influencing talent strategy.
  • •Track and analyze pipeline/performance data, improve recruiting processes using referrals and automation, and close offers through to completion.

Salary: USD 60 - 80

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
  • •3+ years client-facing experience working with Hiring Managers and Directors to take new requirements and manage pipeline progress.
  • •Deep fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain; able to speak the language of takt times, cycle times, throughput, and yield.
  • •Operationally minded partner who identifies problems early and brings solutions while earning respect from manufacturing and supply chain leaders.
  • •Experience working with government contractors and hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances.
