Lead and manage Commercial/Industrial environmental projects for a dynamic Earth & Environment team, overseeing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and multi-disciplinary collaboration. Responsible for complex investigations, regulatory compliance, and delivering technical reports and presentations while developing new business opportunities and ensuring safe, ethical practices across project teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Diligently manage projects to meet client expectations for quality, schedule and budget.
•Lead larger-scale projects ensuring contributors know what they are required to do and by when, preparing and overseeing relevant project budgets, monitoring external events, tracking hours and expenses, ensuring satisfactory performance, and supervising subcontractors, contract work, and employees.
•Develop a client base for providing high level environmental services including identifying additional business development opportunities.
•Perform environmental work and conduct more complex/comprehensive investigations and inspections of air emission sources, hazardous or solid waste facilities, water supply facilities, industrial and agricultural facilities, pollution sources and proposed and existing site conditions, water resources, and underground storage tanks to determine conformance with applicable rules, standards, and construction or operating permits.
•Ensure technical reports and presentations explain research, findings, and recommendations to prevent, control, restore, clean-up, or address environmental issues or problems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or closely related discipline.
•7 to 10 years of relevant post education experience in the environmental services field.
•Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts in the commercial / industrial sector.
•Well-defined specific knowledge of relevant environmental laws, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
•Project management experience with small to mid-level projects including tracking hours and expenses for project work.
