Custormer Service Representative (Work From Home)

Serve as the primary point of contact for Horizon NJ Health members, handling inbound calls and emails with empathy and professionalism. Provide accurate information on eligibility, benefits, claims, and healthcare services, helping members understand and access their plans, including preventive care and mental health support. Resolve issues and complaints, escalate complex cases, and document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system while maintaining confidentiality and following data protection regulations.
