Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end equity closing, including checklists, technical review of documentation (Operating Agreements, Tax Opinions), and coordination to meet conditions.
  • •Monitor equity performance, including capital calls, benchmarks, and due diligence, while preparing funding packages and tracking grant disbursements.
  • •Perform post-closing administration: system setup, tracking closing binders, and verifying compliance with credit approval requirements.
  • •Support debt and equity servicing tasks, including clearing exceptions and responding to audit requests.
  • •Communicate with peers and business partners on transactions and exceptions, and escalate problems/issues and workflow updates.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3 years of Loan Closing, Loan Servicing, Construction Loan, or LIHTC equity experience (or a combination).
  • •4+ years of Loan Closing or Loan Servicing experience (or a combination).
  • •2+ years of experience reviewing loan or legal documentation (or a combination).
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
