Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely and accurate completion of transaction monitoring and screening alert workload, including investor documentation reviews and investor transitions in and out of Northern Trust.
  • •Participate in reviewing investor documentation aligned to trigger events or periodic reviews under Northern Trust AML processes and procedures.
  • •Review and highlight investor due diligence documentation that requires updates for inadequacy or aging, and escalate material issues to line management and the Investor AML Department in Ireland.
  • •Support Ireland & UK Investor AML processes by handling partner queries efficiently and providing regular periodic updates to line management and colleagues.
  • •Maintain knowledge of Investor AML good practice and support enhancements to AML processes and procedures, while contributing additional work as needed for volume or absence.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of overall experience and strong quality-delivery principles.
  • •Knowledge of day-to-day Investor AML processes and procedures and the wider funds administration business.
  • •Ability to exercise due care and diligence and ensure responsibilities are organized and controlled within regulation, compliance, and risk management.
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills, including accurate verbal and written communication.
  • •Ability to research and understand issues, deliver agreed solutions, and work under pressure with attention to detail.
