Key Responsibilities

•Intelligent Workforce Workflow Redesign (AI as a Coworker): Partner with HR to redesign Hire-to-Retire workflows with AI performing defined analytical, coordination, and administrative tasks; define human-AI interaction models and architecture for AI-augmented HR judgment.
•Eliminate Before Automate: Lead structured waste elimination across Hire-to-Retire processes before automation or AI, removing excess approvals, redundant data entry, and manual corrections.
•Simplify Before Layering Technology: Standardize and harmonize global HR processes prior to automation or AI, driving simplification across workforce strategy, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and communications.
•Intentional AI Deployment (and Non-Deployment): Define decision frameworks for deterministic automation, AI-assisted decision support, and human-only authority where appropriate.
•Deep Hire-to-Retire Expertise: Redesign across the full employee lifecycle including workforce strategy, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, rewards, redeployment, analytics, and payroll management.

Salary: USD 130,700 - 205,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•10+ years in leading Human Resources organizations (e.g., workforce strategy and planning, talent acquisition, onboarding and development, employee relations, rewards and retention, payroll operations, HR analytics).
•Deep hands-on experience in Hire-to-Retire transformation and proven ability to redesign workflows.
•Experience implementing automation, AI/ML, analytics, or HR platforms in enterprise environments.
•Demonstrated ability to simplify complex cross-functional processes.
