Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, monitor, and maintain production machine learning, NLP, and GenAI models aligned to data science and ML standards.
  • •Develop strategies and tools to improve data extraction efficiencies, enable frequent model retuning, and ensure data quality and completeness using data wrangling and LLMs/AI.
  • •Ensure adherence to model review management and data governance processes to maintain data quality across products.
  • •Advise collaborators on technical specifications to identify and clarify technical and business requirements and upstream/downstream dependencies.
  • •Own SQL-based dashboards from an internal data warehouse, create visualizations, and identify opportunities to create new data products from analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •6+ years analytical experience applying solutions to business problems in analytics, consulting, or other data-driven functions.
  • •4+ years designing, building/fine-tuning ML/AI models for fraud detection (e.g., XGBoost, NLP, neural networks).
  • •4+ years solving data problems using data technologies such as SQL, Hadoop, Hive, and NoSQL.
  • •Expert in Python; experience using LLMs for feature extraction and building dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
