Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify white space in healthcare for AI-native businesses and develop original, high-conviction investment theses.
  • •Source and sell to top founders; build a network to surface exceptional talent early.
  • •Lead co-ideation and diligence, stress-testing theses and resolving the key questions via primary conversations and expert input.
  • •Shepherd founders and concepts through the Investment Committee with clarity, speed, and honest representation of risks.
  • •Act as the primary interface between portfolio founders and Redesign’s platform, delivering strategic leverage and governance insight.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred, with a record of high academic achievement.
  • •7+ years of experience with a significant portion in venture capital, company building, or early-stage investing; strong experience evaluating founders and making decisions at pre-seed to Series A.
  • •Deep healthcare domain expertise to develop original investment theses across care delivery, health tech, and healthcare services.
  • •Fluency in business model analysis, investment thesis development, and financial modeling.
  • •Deep connectivity to the startup ecosystem with proven ability to identify and attract generational founders.
