Key Responsibilities

  • •Large and complex liability and property claims
  • •Provide data analytics for Commercial portfolios
  • •Provide technical support to the team including work simplification and automation initiatives
  • •Responsible for orgranizing customer meeting presentation and preparation of Powerpoint slides
  • •Adheres to local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the claim to ensure that we make decisions using the right standards

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or above with equivalent working experience
  • •5 years or above experience in Liability and Property claims preferably with large and complex claims management skill
  • •Achieved recognised industry standard (e.g. Snr Asso. of ANZIIF)
  • •Technical knowledge of products and services
  • •Technical claims handling knowledge of Liability and Property Insurance products
