Key Responsibilities

•Identify and develop new sales leads from building owners, facility managers, contractors, architects, and digital channels; conduct site visits, assessments, and provide renovation recommendations.
•Prepare quotations, proposals, and all relevant sales documentation; qualify leads and manage a consistent sales pipeline; participate in negotiations to close deals.
•Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to ensure proper project execution and monitor progress from start to completion.
•Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and conduct regular visits to building operators to identify additional renovation opportunities.
•Prepare sales reports, lead updates, and pipeline analyses; monitor market trends and propose strategic sales plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
•2–5 years of experience in project-based sales (construction, building materials, systems, or facility management).
•Basic knowledge of renovation work and construction processes.
•Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
•Ability to read construction drawings is an advantage.
