Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support and subject-matter expertise to site facilities and manufacturing teams across North Asia.
  • •Develop, review, and maintain Micron system standards, specifications, and Established Procedures (EPs) and ensure alignment across the regional network.
  • •Analyze system builds to identify performance improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings; support problem analysis with standard tools and methodologies.
  • •Support build and construction project teams for large-scale facilities infrastructure, including standards development, design concepts, package reviews, estimates, and change management.
  • •Lead global initiatives and sustainability/EHS programs related to emissions, energy, water, wastewater, green infrastructure, and compliance with safety and environmental procedures and local regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •Understanding of gas engineering.
  • •Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team.
  • •Proficiency in English; additional fluency in East Asian languages preferred.
