Key Responsibilities

•Own the TikTok scale-up, including account architecture, bidding, audience strategy, and creative cadence; collaborate with TikTok on committees, beta access, and programs to unlock funding and capabilities.
•Define TikTok creative strategy and scale Spark Ads, creator partnerships, and 2–3 day fatigue cadence; push for TikTok-first concepts.
•Run structured pilots for Pinterest and Snap (and Reddit when applicable) with signal infrastructure, account setup, and market selection; ensure incremental testing before budgeting.
•Design and run conversion lift and geo experiments; calibrate MMM with results to determine channel efficacy and scaling decisions.
•Own channel-by-channel measurement and build the data foundation for overlap analysis, cannibalization, and true incremental CAC; maintain a backlog for future channels.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in paid social or performance marketing, with deep hands-on TikTok Ads Manager fluency at a high-spend D2C, subscription, or e-commerce business.
•Personally scaled a TikTok account from low single-digit % of spend into a meaningful contributor.
•Working knowledge of Pinterest Ads Manager and Snap Ads Manager — or a track record of taking a new platform from zero to scale.
•Strong incrementality and experimentation muscle—design a CLS or geo test, defend the methodology, and read the result.
•Sharp creative instinct for short-form video and platform-native content; able to brief and review against that.
