Site Manager

Lead end-to-end performance for the Los Angeles site in Huntsman’s Advanced Materials division, overseeing safety, environmental compliance, manufacturing operations, quality, maintenance, engineering, and financial results. Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product commercialization, capacity expansion, and customer commitments. Build and develop the Site Leadership Team, translate strategy into execution plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to deliver measurable gains.
