Key Responsibilities

  • •Account for all aspects of site performance, including safety, environmental compliance, production, quality, maintenance, engineering, financial performance, and people leadership.
  • •Lead daily manufacturing operations across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering; improve reliability, asset utilization, productivity, and operational discipline.
  • •Drive operational decisions using performance metrics to improve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency; partner with internal teams to support customer commitments and capacity expansion.
  • •Provide accountability for site financial performance, including operating budgets, capital expenditures, and P&L; manage capital investment planning and execution.
  • •Lead and develop the Site Leadership Team, establish goals and succession plans, and translate business strategy into site execution plans using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving.
