Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and coordinate the operational readiness approach aligned to programme and implementation objectives.
  • •Assess current-state and target-state operational processes to identify readiness impacts, gaps, dependencies, and required changes.
  • •Gather, analyse, and document readiness requirements across business, service, operations, and support teams, including impact assessments and handover requirements.
  • •Track readiness criteria for key milestones, go-live, and transition to BAU; maintain readiness trackers and support assessment of readiness status.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders and escalate readiness risks, gaps, blockers, and delivery concerns; support training needs assessment and go-live preparation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 52,470 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational readiness, service readiness, business process change, operations, customer servicing, testing, training, and BAU handover in the financial services industry (cards/payments preferred).
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional proficiency in English and Italian.
  • •Good understanding of implementation lifecycles, go-live readiness, handover processes, and transition to BAU.
  • •Working knowledge of issuing, card-processing, and payments operations and how operational requirements translate into service and support.
