Lead a team of Solution Consultants within the Strategic Commercial – Expansions group, translating the Workiva platform into customer value. Combine hands-on presales support (needs analysis, demos, and sales enablement) with player/coach leadership. •Lead and manage a team of Solution Consultants, overseeing hiring, performance management, training, and motivation.
•Establish best practices and create/optimize processes, metrics, and infrastructure to improve team productivity and goal attainment.
•Provide comprehensive presales support across needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations, and sales support as a player/coach.
•Collaborate with product engineering and product marketing to develop and launch industry-specific and business solutions.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of direct people management experience, including supervising individuals and/or supervisors.
•Experience in accounting, finance, and/or reporting, either directly or via prior pre-sales work.
•Undergraduate degree with 8 years of related experience, or Master’s with at least 6 years, or PhD with 4 years.
•Ability to discuss technical terminology and best practices for SaaS applications.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills to identify and resolve development, marketing, or sales obstacles.
