Job Summary

Support aircraft maintenance operations by receiving, inspecting, storing, tracking, and issuing aircraft parts with accuracy and traceability. Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and part-location management across warehouse and forward stores. Coordinate part and documentation preparation for repair/return and vendor and procurement follow-up, while operating material handling equipment and ensuring a clean, safe, regulated workspace. Provide customer-focused service to aircraft technicians.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive aircraft parts by performing incoming inspections, validating documentation, and completing system entries.
•Issue aircraft parts to aircraft technicians while ensuring accuracy and traceability.
•Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts, inspections, and discrepancy resolution.
•Track and manage part locations across warehouse and forward stores, including support for issuing consumables.
•Prepare parts and documentation for repair or return to vendors and coordinate with procurement to expedite deliveries.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Valid driver’s license.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts and documentation.
•Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools (Excel).
•Eligibility to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods clearance and Reliability status.
