Job Summary

Join the Vulnerability Management team to scale the security program across product, technology, and business technology organizations. You’ll design strategies to expand vulnerability management coverage, build automation, agents, and internal tooling to streamline the vulnerability lifecycle, and enable developers with “self-service” capabilities. The role also modernizes security operations using AI/Agentic AI frameworks to help teams identify and remediate vulnerabilities with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

•Scale vulnerability management coverage across global service teams by designing and implementing program strategies.
•Develop custom tooling and automated workflows to remove manual bottlenecks in the vulnerability lifecycle.
•Build “self-service” capabilities so internal developers can detect and respond to security risks autonomously.
•Modernize internal security operations using AI/Agentic AI frameworks.
•Partner with development and engineering teams to protect application services, infrastructure, and data through secure deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 84,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of cyber security experience designing and implementing security architectures, conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and leading security incident response efforts.
•6+ years of security engineering principles experience, including threat intelligence platforms and security automation tools.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security) or equivalent practical experience.
•Thorough understanding of Threat and Vulnerability Management processes.
•Proficiency with security engineering concepts and security platforms such as Wiz, Qualys, or Tenable.
